Question: What do I do if I signed up but haven't received a password?
Answer: We send out a password with every registration, but some of our e-mail messages are returned to us because they cannot reach you. Here are the most popular reasons why you may not have received your password: Make sure that you typed in a valid email address. For example, "alex_amberson@hotmail" and "www.alex_amberson@hotmail.com" are not valid email addresses because they are not written in the proper format. It should be written as "alex_amberson@aol.com" instead. If we do not have your correct e-mail address, we cannot send you your password. Many e-mail servers will only allow you limited storage space. (This means that you can only keep a certain number of e-mail messages, attachments, and so on in your Inbox). Make sure that you have not reached your limit. If you have many messages in your Inbox and you haven't received any new messages in a while, it may be that your e-mail account is over the limit. You may want to delete the messages you don't need. If you don't have any room left for our message, you will not get your password. Once you have deleted the messages you don't need, click here, type in your e-mail address in the box, and we will e-mail you your password. If you use Hotmail, make sure that your account is active. If you do not sign in to your Hotmail account for 60 days, or if you do not sign in within the first 10 days after registration, your account will become inactive, and we will not be able to send you your password. To make your account active again, click here and read the FAQ section on the Hotmail web site. Once your account is active, click here, type in your e-mail address in the box, and we will e-mail you your password.
